Troubleshooting
- System issues: If Aleph, Banner or the entire server is down we cannot perform any of the above duties. Please politely explain this to the student and send them on their way.
- Illness and vacations: There is a chance that the few staff members able to remove blocks may not be available. In this case, have a supervisor ensure receipt of full payment in Aleph. The supervisor can contact Student Accounts to remove the block from Banner.
- Demanding Patrons: Some patrons may insist on immediate removal of their Banner blocks once they have paid their library debts. Please call your supervisor to reiterate our policy.
