Online Renewals
If a patron needs to renew his items, he has the option of online renewal through our Novanet catalogue.
- Logon to the Novanet catalogue, then log into your account.
- Fill in your barcode or student ID and then your password (last four digits of your phone number).
- You will be taken back to the main screen, but a new tab will show ‘My Library Account’.
- Click on ‘My Library Account’ and then ‘Loans/Renewals’.
- Then you may either check off the books you wish to renew and press ‘Renew Selected’ or simply press ‘Renew All’.
- Be sure to verify the dates have changed.
Three reasons why an item may not renew:
- The item has been requested by another patron.
- The patron has reached his three renewal maximum.
- The patron is trying to renew the item after receiving the first Overdue notice.
