Novanet Express
A returning Novanet Express (NE) item is checked in through Aleph, as you would any other returning item.
When the NE item was initially checked out, the Hold on the item would have been fulfilled, therefore removing it from the patron’s account and the item’s record.
If there is a second Hold attached to the item, checking in the item will activate the next Hold waiting in queue, and the “Holds Requests for Returned Item” window will pop up. Bookmark the item with the new Hold slip and place the item on the designated shelf or staff member’s desk.
