Daily Desk Schedule
The Daily Desk Schedule is another item that can be found on the Access Services Blog. As with the Calendar, the view from the Blog is in read only format.
This will be updated each day by the full time staff member responsible for creating a schedule for that day.
The schedules are created on the 'S' drive in an Excel spreadsheet. Once it is created, copy the cells containing the staff names for the day.
When you return to the Blog, the updated version of the schedule should appear.

- Changes and additions are only to be done by the full time staff members.

- Open the Blog, as described above.
- From the dashboard click on 'My Account'.
- Click on Google 'Docs'.
- Click on the 'Daily Schedule' link. This will bring up the schedule that is linked to the Blog.
- Paste today's schedule into this Excel spreadsheet.
- Make any other changes necessary (date, any staff member who is off, etc.)
- Go to 'File' and click on 'Save and Close' from the drop down menu.
When you return to the Blog, the updated version of the schedule should appear.
